Die Schwester von Erzbischof Adalbert von Hamburg-Bremen und
seinen Brüdern Dedo (+ 1056) und Friedrich (+ 1088), nacheinander
Pfalzgrafen von Sachsen, wurde nach der Chronik der
Familienstiftung Goseck (in Sachsen-Anhalt an der Saale)
ursprünglich auf den Namen <i>H</i><i>y</i><i>laria</i> getauft,
später aber Oda genannt, weil die <i>lingua Theutonica</i> mit
dem Namen Hilaria nicht zurecht kam.<br>
<br>
Nach einer um 1450 geschriebenen Chronik des Bremer Domherrn
Wolters soll Erzbischof Adalbert ein <i>nepos </i>Heinrichs III.
gewesen sein. Außerdem heißt es dort: </font><span
style="mso-ansi-language:EN-GB" lang="EN-GB"><i><font size="+2">Hic
nobilis
natus, quia Dux Bavariae natus. </font></i><font size="+2">Nach
wohl überwiegender Ansicht meint Adam von Bremen den Erzbischof
Adalbert, der sich in einem Brief nach Byzanz der Herkunft von
Theophanu rühmt.<br>
</font><i><font size="+2"><br>
</font></i><font size="+2">Hilaria deutet auf die Mutter der St.
Afra und damit auf Augsburg hin, auch wenn erst unter Abt Egino
(1109-1122) Reliquien der Hilaria gefunden wurden. Die Eltern
von Erzbischof Adalbert und seinen Geschwistern sollen nach der
Gosecker Chronik um 1040 bei der Stammburg in Goseck eine St.
Simeon-Kapelle errichtet haben, was ggf. auf Trier hinweisen
könnte. Nach der Gosecker Chronik stammten die frühen Äbte
Thiemmo (1044/45-1048/49), Hilthin (1049/50-1059) und Konrad
(1092/93-1114) aus Bayern. Beim Gründerabt Benno
(1041/42-1043/44) ist die Herkunft unbekannt.<br>

Kennt jemand insbesondere in Bayern andere Damen namens Hilaria
und lassen die sich ggf. einer Familie zuweisen? Ich bin für
