<p class=MsoPlainText>Auf der Seite <a
href="http://www.historischesarchivkoeln.de">www.historischesarchivkoeln.de</a>
wird nicht nur darum gebeten, das Historische Archiv der Stadt Köln zu
unterstützen, sondern man bittet auch darum, dass BesitzerInnen von
Digitalisaten, Fotos, Reproduktionen etc. aus dem Archiv Köln, diese als Digitalisate
dort einstellen. Dahinter steht das Interesse, diese historischen Dokumente
zumindest in dieser Form noch der Öffentlichkeit und vor allem der Wissenschaft
zugänglich zu machen. Über die genauen Bestimmungen zum Hochladen von Dateien
und zu den Sicherheiten im Umgang mit Urheberrechten kann man sich auf der Homepage
informieren. Ins Leben gerufen wurde die Seite von „prometheus –
Das verteilte digitale Bildarchiv für Forschung und Lehre e.V.“. Die Ansprechpartner
