14.0pt'>Wiki, -pedia, -books usw., wird populär, gleich ob man nur die Vorteile
sieht oder auch die Nachteile. Da die Altgermanistik an vielen Universitäten im
Pflicht-Lehrplan der Germanistik vor allem deswegen immer mehr dezimiert wird,
weil wir uns zu wenig bemühen, uns populär und beliebt zu machen, dachte ich,
wenn es den Isländern hilft, gratis wohin auch immer gutes pädagogisches
Material zu stellen, könnten wir das ja auch einmal probieren. Damit man nicht immer
nur schimpft, ‚wir’ sollten etwas für unser Image tun, dachte ich, ich
mache halt einmal einen Anfang – sehen, was daraus wird. Da ich für meine
eigenen Hörer an einem Internet-Lehrwerk bastelte, im Zusammenhang mit einer möglichst
auch von Nicht-Fachkollegen lesbaren Einführung ins Nibelungenlied, eröffnete ich
einfach – Vorerfahrung: null – ein ‚Wikibook
Mittelhochdeutsch’ und kopierte den Grammatikteil des genannten Lehrwerks
dorthin. Das war vor ungefähr einem Jahr. Meine erste Erfahrung war: meine in
WORD angelegten Tabellen, Formatierungszeichen usw. sind nicht mit Wiki
kompatibel, und sie durch Wiki-Zeichen zu ersetzen, ist extrem zeitaufwendig; ich
versuchte es mit einem kurzen Stück, gab es aber bald auf. Dann schrieb ich eine
Mail an die Liste und machte darauf aufmerksam und fragte an, ob sich vielleicht
jemand fände, der eine arbeitssparende Methode findet, die Word-Formatierungen
zu wikifizieren (ich bin zu 90% Germanist und nur zu 10% Computerfan; man würde
mit jemandem als Partner, der das 50 : 50 betreibt, sicher was Besseres finden)
oder eine überhaupt bessere Lösung weiß. Inzwischen bastelte ich meinen Mittelhochdeutschkurs
mit Nibelungen-Lehrwerk fertig, stellte ihn an der Uni Wien ins Netz, erhielt die
Erlaubnis von Herrn Harsch, ihn in die Bibliotheca Augustana zu stellen und außerdem
die Erlaubnis des Verlags Präsens, ihn trotz Papier-Druckfassung im Internet zu
belassen (allerdings nicht veränderbar und nicht ausdruckbar). Zwischendurch
sah ich hin und wieder im Wiki nach, ob sich jemand mit dem Wiki-Spielzeug
weiter beschäftigte, und in der Tat: ein ziemlich großer Teil ist durch irgendjemanden
sehr nett formatiert worden; nach einiger Zeit war es noch mehr, und ich habe den
Eindruck, dass da mehrere Leute meine Anregung aufgenommen haben. Anscheinend war
diesen lieben Leuten aber die komplette Wikifizierung genau so sehr zu viel
Arbeit wie mir. Das Ganze ist nach wie vor ein häßlicher Torso. Also legte ich vor
Kurzem Links von ‚Wikibooks’ zur Augustana und zu meiner Wiener
Homepage. Das Wikibook löschte ich aber vorsichtshalber nicht, obwohl man durch
das Anklicken vom Wikibook aus zu einer brauchbaren Fassung kommt, während das Wikibook
selbst im jetzigen, unfertigen Zustand unbrauchbar ist: ich weiß nicht, ob ein Wikibook
nur aus einem Link bestehen darf, und ... und ... und. Vielleicht kann uns
schon die Existenz eines Wikibooks Mittelhochdeutsch sympathischer machen, auch
wenn von dort irgendwohin anders verlinkt wird; jemand, der die Augustana
anklickt oder sich von Mediaevum.de dorthin durchklickt, ist ja ohnehin schon ein
halber Profi, und meine Aktion soll auch Nicht-Profis erreichen. Es geht darum:
Hier gibt es Material, das der Autor (ich) bereit ist, kostenlos herzugeben
(außer zur kommerziellen Verwertung) und auch Verbesserungsvorschläge gerne zu
akzeptieren, aber der Autor (ich) ist in technicis et juridicis nicht versiert;
ist nicht einmal böse, wenn jemand, der ihn belehrt, ihn dabei auf grobe Weise
dumm schilt (bin alt genug, unpassend formulierte Kritik zu belächeln. Ich bin auch
nicht derjenige, der in die Mitarbeitsaufforderung zu meinem Wikibuch
hineinschrieb ‚Siezen erforderlich’. Ich ließ es aber drin stehen. Ich
selbst sage ‚Sie’ zu Leuten, die ich nicht kenne; und wenn jemand nur
unter der Bedingung mitarbeitet, dass kein Wikinger mittun darf, der alle Welt
duzt, soll es mir auch recht sein). Wer, der in diesen Dingen (technischen,
juridischen, praktisch-kommunikativen) Profi ist, wäre zu Beratung,
Hilfestellung usw. bereit?<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
